A lot of phone calls we receive are similar, so hopefully the answers below will help you save some time.

  • E-mail account
  • Driver license number or State Identification card number
  • From your most recent COPS check and check stub the Payee ID, Check Date, and Check Number located in the upper right corner of the check stub

  • Both are U.S.-based digital payment networks owned by Early Warning Services, a private financial services company owned by Bank of America, BB&T, Capital One, JPMorgan Chase, PNC Bank, US Bank and Wells Fargo.
  • ClearXchange® is the payment network used to make payments from a business-to-people (B2P network).
  • Zelle® is the payment network used to make payments from peer-to-peer (P2P network).

After you sign up with the Florida Department of Corrections to start receiving your Court Ordered Payments via digital disbursement you will receive an e-mail to let you know if your request has been completed. Your payments will be process via digital disbursement based on the Court Ordered Payment System payments schedule after your request is complete.
No, currently our digital disbursement will only be available to individuals.
If you have a US based bank account, you can register to receive your payments using your US based bank account. You can’t register a bank account that is not from a bank in the United States.
  • No, the Florida Department of Corrections does not charge a fee to sign up or to participate in the digital disbursement program.
  • Zelle® does not charge a fee to receive money.
  • We do recommend confirming with your bank or credit union that there are no additional fees.
Log in to your clearXchange account to change your banking information. The Florida Department of Corrections doesn’t maintain the banking data. The banking data is maintained by Zelle®/clearXchange.
Changing your e-mail address is a two-step process:
  • Step # 1 – Log in to the Department of Corrections Digital Disbursement website, click on the Modify Existing Information tab and complete the form to submit a request to modify your e-mail address.
  • Step # 2 – Update your e-mail account with Zelle®/clearXchange®.
No, the Florida Department of Corrections is unable to register your banking information; registration must be completed through the clearXchange network.
  • Please submit an email to the Florida Department of Corrections’ Court Ordered Payment System at DD-Verify@fdc.myflorida.com
    • Request that you would like to resume receiving paper checks. Provide the email address and telephone number that you used to sign up for the Digital Disbursement Program.
    • Please include a brief explanation of why you wish to resume receiving paper checks.
