• To complete the FDC registration for the Digital Disbursement Program you will need the following information:
  • Your e-mail address,
  • Your Driver License (or state identification card) number and,
  • From your most recent court ordered payment/restitution check or check stub issued by the Court Ordered Payment Fund (Find the Payee ID, Check Date, Check Number and Check Amount located on the upper right corner of the check stub)

If you have already enrolled with clearXchange / Zelle® using the same e-mail address you provided to FDC in step one above, your registration is complete.

• If you have not registered with clearXchange / Zelle®, you will need the following information:
  • Your mobile phone number and your email address used to register with FDC in step one (above)
  • Your first name, last name and date of birth
  • Your bank name, bank routing number and consumer/personal bank account number
• Disclaimer: You cannot register a business account for digital disbursement, only consumer/personal bank accounts.
• When you are registering with clearXchange / Zelle®, the system will automatically check for any pending payments. If the system does not find any pending payments, go ahead and continue registering with clearXchange / Zelle® anyway

• If you do not see your bank name on the list provided by clearXchange / Zelle®, please click on “My bank isn’t listed” to create a login account with clearXchange / Zelle® to add your bank information.
